شرکت VMware دیروز آخرین نسخه Hypervisor خود یعنی ESXI را به همراه بسته بروز رسانی با عنوان VMware ESXi 6.7 Update 2 منتشر کرد. که شما همراهان عزیز می توانید از طریق این پست آنرا به صورت مستقیم دانلود نمایید .

پس از نصب ویا بروز رسانی  Build number سرویس مجازی 13006603خواهد بود. البته لازم به ذکر است که هنوز شرکت Vmweare بسته  Costume این نسخه را منتشر نکرده است که به محض انتشار از طریق همین پست در اختیار شما همراهان قرار خواهد گرفت.

همانطور که در مطالب قبلی گفته شد شما با نصب این بسته های بروز رسانی نیازی به نصب بسته های قبلی نداشته و پس از نصب حتما Host بایستی Reboot شود.

این بسته بروز رسانی جهت برطرف شدن باگ های امنیتی منتظر شده است .

• In ESXi 6.7 Update 2, the Side-Channel-Aware Scheduler is updated to enhance the compute performance for ESXi hosts that are mitigated for speculative execution hardware vulnerabilities. For more information.
• ESXi 6.7 update 2 adds support for VMFS6 automatic unmap processing on storage arrays and devices that report to ESXi hosts an unmap granularity value greater than 1 MB. On arrays that report granularity of 1 MB and less, the unmap operation is supported if the granularity is a factor of 1 MB.
• ESXi 6.7 update 2 adds VMFS6 to the list of supported file systems by the vSphere On-disk Metadata Analyzer (VOMA) to allow you to check and fix issues with VMFS volumes metadata, LVM metadata, and partition table inconsistencies.
